School schedule

October to May

• Morning: 9:00h. a 12:30h.
• Lunch: 12:30h. a 14:30h.
• Afternoon: 14:30h. a 16:00h.

Extended hours: 7:30h. a 9:00h.; 16:00h. a 17:30h.

June and September

• Morning/Afternoon: 9:00h. a 13:00h.
• Lunch: 13:00h. a 15:00h.

Extended hours: 7:30h. a 9:00h.; 15:00h. a 17:30h.

The school doors will open 10 minutes before school begins and will be closed 5 minutes later. The schedule will be strictly followed, so families are asked to take steps to comply with our schedule.

In the afternoons, the school doors will be closed at 16:15 PM, leaving only those students who have extracurricular activity inside the school grounds. The school will close at 17:40 PM, once the extracurricular activities organized by the school or by APA have been completed.

During the months of September and June, as well as the last day of the first quarter, the schedule will be from 9:00 AM to 13:00 PM.

FAMILY CARE SCHEDUEL

• Tutors and specialists: Wednesdays from 12:30 PM to 13:30 PM with an appointment.
• Secretary: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM and Wednesdays from 14:30 PM to 16:00 PM with an appointment.
• Head of Studies: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM and Mondays from 14:30 PM to 16:00 PM with an appointment.
• Director: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM and Thursdays from 14:30 PM to 16:00 PM with an appointment.

* September and June: the afternoon schedule will be from 12:00 to 13:00 PM

EXTENDED HOURS AND EXTRA-CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

The Parent Student Association organizes the programming of extracurricular activities.

The school, in collaboration with the District Council of Moncloa-Aravaca, offers activities, free of charge to encourage family reconciliation. During the 2016-17 school year, these activities are Library, Theater and Chess.
